My experience was more than positive with them; for a Nissan Quest 2011 with check engine light ON - I had an appointment the second day I called them. I left the van the night before and the car was fixed the second day. In this time I was kept in the loop through the phone for every issue that was found - the person I spoke with was perfect bilingual and very polite.
The van was under extended warranty and another big surprise was that I was not asked to pay a diagnostic fee (compared with the dealer I bought the car from which asked for it).
With no reserve I recommend this Nissan dealership; I don't think I would go wrong by extending this recommendation to any other Coupal-Brassard dealership.
